About.

Flowzi started inside a working immigration agency, not adjacent to one. This is where we explain why.

02 · What we believe

What we believe.

01

The vocabulary changes. The architecture doesn't.

Every regulated client-relationship business runs the same loop. We're building for the shape, not the surface.

02

Compliance lives in the file room, not the case.

OMARA obligations, 7-year retention, audit posture — these decay quietly between cases. The work is to make them legible by default.

03

AI lives in the file, not on the side.

Pulse describes itself to AI. Every tool, every workflow, every setting is queryable metadata, grounded in the practice's own data.

04

Built for the practice, not the headcount.

A 3-person practice carries the same obligations as a 30-person firm. The software shouldn't price out at one and break at the other.

03 · How we got here

How we got here.

Flowzi started inside a working immigration agency, not adjacent to one.

In 2025, Suman joined Visa Alliance as Fractional CEO — running process improvement across a department that handles TSS 482, ENS 186, Training 407, DAMA, Labour Agreements, ART matters. Naina was already running the work-visa department she'd built from the ground up. A year of operating inside the workflow made the architectural pain impossible to miss: file rooms held together by Dropbox folders, regulatory shifts hitting live cases as surprise rework, audit trails living in inboxes.

The thesis for Pulse came out of that engagement. The conviction to build it came out of Naina being inside the work every week.

Visa Alliance — the agency Naina runs the work-visa department for — wrote the first cheque. Their leadership matched ambition with restraint: pushing the envelope on what an immigration agency can look like operationally, while leaving the team room to build the right product, not the convenient one. As the build matured, they introduced us to the other two agencies now shaping Pulse with us. Investor and customer are the same entity; product-pull preceded capital.

Today: two co-founders, three design-partner agencies, fourteen product modules shipped in twelve months, a Pre-seed round in market. Built in Australia, on bootstrap and one angel cheque from a design partner — not a deck-funded bet on a category, but a working agency's bet on the operating system they wanted to use.

What's next is more agencies, more pathways, more partners. The architecture stays.
